Marrakesh is one of the few clubs offering an aerobic program of water exercises approved by the Arthritis Foundation. The non-weight-bearing exercises, in our 90 degree salt water pool, are an excellent non-impact way for people of all ages to build strength, reduce body fat, and increase flexibility. A certified instructor, leads the class with fun music and a sense of humor.
