Tenancies start on either the 1st or 15th day of any month. Guests arrive at 3:00 PM or later on their first day of tenancy and depart on or before 10:00 AM on the day following the last day of their tenancy. Vacation Month rentals are for a minimum tenancy of two contiguous half-month periods.

Marrakesh Country Club is a gated residential community of 364 homes surrounding a Ted Robinson 18 hole golf course, right in the center of Palm Desert. The homes are two bedrooms/two baths or three bedrooms/three baths and range from 1800 to 3000 square feet. Each has an enclosed courtyard, rear patio and a two car attached garage. Monthly rates depend on location and extent of property amenities. Prices range from $4,800 to $6,500.

Every Marrakesh homeowner is a member of the Club and many live here year around. Each year a few members, not more than 10%, elect to rent their homes for one or more months of each Vacation Season. Each year the demand exceeds the supply. Many guests come year after year. But each new year brings new guests to this jewel of the desert. The membership welcomes them - - makes the privileges of the Club available and includes them in the social events of the season.
